MESSAGEBOARD

This is the beginning of third year of an existence I never imagined I will be living- being financially dependent on someone.

I am absolutely at my patience’s end and am hundred percent sincere about trying any genuine free lance job on writing, that is I write and you pay, I am not keen to hit jackpot, fair payment will be fine enough for me.

I will like to clearly tell the robbers looking for fools to dupe to keep off – this one is too experienced to fall for your traps. I have tried for years to get a genuine, fair paying home-based job; the last time I was duped was in 2008 by a phony medical transcription institute, it gobbled up 30000 rupee and almost an years hard work, left me really sick in guts. Well, I am ready to take chances again but no longer being fooled. So, if any literary agent thinks that my works are worth it, I won’t mind sharing profits with him/ her; the percentage or fees for services will be negotiable. But please, don’t ask me to get a membership first, speak in trustworthy language. Or, any genuine publisher, publishing agency can gladly contact me, I will consider paying the fees if I think the offer isgenuine and reasonable.

You can check out my blogs to assess my writing and contact me.

dont try

Don’t try to make me jealous
I won’t be
I will stand and applaud
When you will sit on throne.

Don’t try to mock me
It won’t be any use
No I won’t mock you back
I will simply ignore you.

Don’t try to snatch
Something to which I hold on
Nay! I won’t punch you,
May be I will give it to you?

Your victory doesnot defeats me
Your taunt doesnot degrades me
Your bestial power doesnot defeat me
As long as I know I am victorious – I am.

envy

They say
Envy is a homage
Paid by a mediocre
To a superior
I guess they are true.

So, never let it enter
Inside your heart
Or inside your mind
Always remember
You are the best.

If someone harbours
This feeling born
Out of awe and low esteem
Don’t be scornful
Don’t be impatient with him.

Sooner or later it will go
Either he will have to let it go
Or it will swell inside
And finally explode
So just wait with patience and see.

Cinderella

Sweet Cinderella, pretty girl
never saw her mother at all
her father too passed away
when she was just a tiny girl.

Being brought up by step mom
Whom she thought her real mom
Surviving on her leftovers
Thrown at her by three of them.

After toiling for all day
She was made to sleep in stable
While her step mother and sisters
Slumbered in plush, soft beds.

One night a traveler knocked their door
Seeing his torn and tattered dress
He was at first shown the door
Then when he begged, offered money.

He was allowed to sleep in barn
He saw Cinderella working in the yard
And came silently to her
Asked her for something to eat.

She shared her dinner with him
Hearing her kind words, seeing her beauty
He asked her if she will marry him
She asked to take the permission of her mom.

When he asked her for Cinderella’s hand
He heard the most horrible stories about her
Her mother and sisters vowed again and again
She was the vilest, meanest creature.

The traveler went away, left behind Cinderella
Sad, miserable, broken hearted
For she has lost her heart to him
The only person who has been kind to her.

Next morning a golden chariot stopped at gate
A well dressed prince came down from that
The trio ran for him to greet him
But he brushed them away and asked for Cinderella.

Snow white

Snow white was a little princess
Who lost her mother as a baby
His father married another woman
Thinking she would mother his baby.

She turned out to be a witch
Who was obsessed with her own self
When she saw that her step daughter
Was pure and beautiful like an angel
She became blind with envy and rage.

She called her accomplice and ordered
The little princess had to be killed
The accomplice took her to the forest
Had pity on her, spared her,
In place of her a rabbit was killed.

The queen was not very sure about him
So she sent her seven ghouls
To see what he does with the princess
When they saw that the princess was unharmed
They faked as her friends and took her in.

They kept her there instead of telling the king
The queen came there in disguise
Fed her a poisonous apple, the poor child died
The evil woman returned to her palace
Gloating with happiness and pride.

Fate had some other plans
It made a prince pass by the hut
He saved the princess, married her
Together they came to meet the queen
You should have seen the look on her face.

Games people play

A pair of funloving young ones
trying to have fun,
not caring about the pain they cause
no matter how much deep the hurt is.

Together they weaved a web
A net of a strange heartless prank
hiding themselves behind the veil
of ilusive cyberworld and cellphones.

They both pretended as one person
sometimes a man, sometimes woman
one day they both were a pretty girl
the next day a rich handsome man.

Ganging up on innocent preys for fun.
Then one day their game fired back
one of them fell for one of the prey
he left his playmate and told its over.

The game did not ended there though
one kept the phone in her clutches
to settle her scores on both the souls.
The other kept the name to woo her.

One of them busy in settling her score
the other too scared to share the truth
may be this is what happens when
people play games they should not.
